By Ma Longlong

Chronicles the Development of China’s Wholesale Industry

Evolution and Growth of China’s Wholesale Industry Since 1978 is the first English language book about China’s wholesale industry since China’s opening-up era began in 1978. Author Ma Longlong reviews the history of China’s wholesale industrial reform since 1978, offers a comprehensive examination of the growth of the industry and its structural evolution and market development. The rise of China’s wholesale industry coincided with the emergence of logistics operations in the country.  Additionally, Evolution and Growth of China’s Wholesale Industry Since 1978 offers growth predictions and policy recommendations for the future of China’s wholesale market.  The first book of its kind to analyze this sector of China’s booming economy, Evolution and Growth of China’s Wholesale Industry Since 1978 is both a history of the wholesale industry in China and an analysis of its impact on China and the rest of the world economy.
